Service Description

We make every effort to schedule appointments for sick children within 24–48 hours, depending on the severity of the illness. If you would like us to see more than one child, please schedule an appointment for each child at the time of booking. Without a scheduled appointment, we may not be able to see a sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the provider sees patients who are already scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Please call our front desk to schedule, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you are running late, please call the office. Appointments will be marked as no show if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and can lead to a no-show fee.
